​​1. General Information

 

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and usage of facilities at Bangor City Stadium, including the Farrar Suite, 3G pitch, and main stadium pitch.

 

By accessing or booking our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking and Payments

  • All bookings must be made through our official channels, either online or via phone/email or in person.

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  • Full payment is required for the Farrar Suite 2 weeks prior to the event.

  • For recurring bookings, payment schedules will be agreed upon with the stadium’s administration.

  • For larger Main Pitch / Stadium bookings, payment will be agreed upon with the stadium’s administration.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the event date to qualify for a refund (minus any non-refundable deposit).

  • Cancellations made after this time will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Bangor City Stadium reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, alternative dates or a full refund will be offered.

4. Event Policies

  • The use of the facilities is subject to our event policies, which include but are not limited to safety regulations, capacity limits, and accessibility requirements.

  • Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated areas and must comply with FAW and UEFA regulations during matches.

  • Event organizers are responsible for any damages caused to the facilities during their booking and may be charged for repairs or replacements.

5. Facility Usage

  • The Farrar Suite can be customised for various events, including corporate meetings, training sessions, and celebrations.

  • The 3G pitch is available in customisable sizes and can be booked for sports events, training, and more.

  • The main stadium pitch is available for matches and large-scale events, subject to availability and specific booking conditions.

6. Liability and Insurance

  • Bangor City Stadium is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the use of our facilities.

  • Event organizers are encouraged to arrange their own insurance for events, especially if third-party vendors or equipment are involved.

7. Accessibility

  • Bangor City Stadium is fully wheelchair accessible, with ample disability parking, ramps, and designated seating areas.

  • Our staff is on hand to assist with any accessibility needs during your visit.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

  • All personal information collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We will from time to time send you marketing material through email

  • We do not share personal data with third parties unless required to complete a booking or as required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

  • Bangor City Stadium reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website or directly to affected parties.

Bangor City Stadium Ticketing Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms
These terms and conditions apply to all tickets issued for matches held at Bangor City Stadium. By purchasing and using a ticket, the holder agrees to abide by these terms, as well as any applicable rules and regulations set by FIFA, UEFA, The Football Association of Wales (FAW), and any relevant league competitions.

2. Ticket Usage & Entry

  • All tickets, whether digital or physical, are subject to Bangor City Stadium’s Ground Regulations. Entry into the stadium constitutes acceptance of these terms.

  • The Club reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any individual who does not comply with stadium policies.

  • Tickets must be presented at the turnstiles for entry. Digital tickets must not be duplicated, and any damaged, defaced, or tampered tickets will be invalid.

3. Match Fixtures & Alterations

  • All match dates and kick-off times are subject to change. The Club will notify supporters via official communication channels, including the website and social media.

  • No refunds will be issued due to fixture changes or unforeseen circumstances such as postponed matches or behind-closed-doors games. 

4. Refunds & Ticket Exchanges

  • Refunds will only be granted if:

    • A written request is submitted at least five working days before the fixture.

    • The physical ticket (if applicable) is returned before the deadline.

  • No refunds will be issued for unattended matches or dissatisfaction with Club decisions.

  • If a match is postponed or abandoned and rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the rearranged fixture. Refunds will only be considered at the Club’s discretion.

 

5. Stadium Conduct & Regulations

  • Ticket holders must comply with Bangor City Stadium’s Ground Regulations and the policies of the FAW and league authorities.

  • Any individual engaging in unacceptable behaviour, including standing in seated areas, ticket reselling (touting), or causing disruption, may be refused entry or removed from the stadium without compensation.

  • Anyone subject to a restriction order under The Football Spectators Act 1989 or engaged in actions that warrant such an order may have their ticket cancelled without refund.

6. Force Majeure & Cancellations

  • The Club will not be held responsible for cancellations or fixture disruptions caused by unforeseen events such as extreme weather, industrial disputes, or government restrictions.

  • If a match is cancelled due to a force majeure event, the Club will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative solution where possible.

7. Ticketing Violations & Misuse

  • The Club reserves the right to cancel or confiscate any ticket found to be misused, including resale above face value, fraudulent use, or breach of Club policies.

  • Any such misuse may result in a ban from future ticket purchases and attendance at Bangor City Stadium.

8. Media & Photography

  • The Club reserves the right to use images and footage captured within the stadium for promotional and broadcast purposes.

  • Attendees who do not wish to appear in photography or videography must notify the Club in advance.

9. Acceptance of Terms

  • The purchase or use of a ticket to enter Bangor City Stadium constitutes acceptance of these Ticketing Terms & Conditions.

  • The Club reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with updates published on the official website.
